Chan is 5!!!

Chandler thought he would "never" be five....neither did we :). He is so crazy about trains, especially Thomas. He had a great party with his friends. The cake was a huge hit, thankfully, it took forever, and the best part was when they left they all had black and blue lips.

Ice Skating

We went ice skating with some friends for news years. The kids did really good, and loved it until.......Chan (of course, poor kid) fell and hit his face on the ice. He almost needed a stitch or two in his lip, and his nose wouldn't stop bleeding for awhile. The saddest part was he kept sobbing saying he never wanted to go skating again. Thankfully kids forget easily, and he wanted to go again the next day :)......

Happy Happy Birthday Maddie Girl!!

Our little Maddie is 7!!!! It doesn't matter how much we tell her to stop growing, she just keeps on going...she is at the funnest age, where EVERYTHING is so exciting, is constantly giggling, and loves, loves to dance and be fancy. She gets a little overwhelmed this time of year having her b-day and Christmas back-to-back, but she made it through another one, and is thrilled that her dad finished her night stand (one more place to stash all of her treasures :). She is my our huge helper, and brings a lot of joy into our home.

More Christmas Fun

We had a great Christmas, the kids had a blast trashing the house, and opening all of Jackson's presents, because he could care less. It snowed a truck load a couple of days before, and the kids were sooo excited. It doesn't snow here very often, and they have missed it. We went down to Virginia to visit with Dave's fam, for the annual Nativity play, temple trip and lots of good food.

Visit From Little Sis, and Some Christmas Fun

We had some friends over to join in for our annual gingerbread fun. Chan made his own at a playgroup, and then devoured it (literally). You would think they were never fed :)........

My little sister came to visit for a week. It went by too fast, and was too fun. We need you back Em!
